Silence is noisy.
It's made of cries
of those who cannot cry out
because violence and abuse
have rendered them mute
and unwilling to speak.
Is made of hidden sighs
because crying would be useless
and it is better to silence the pain
and despair.
Is made of anguish
told in a low voice
because people are bad,
of regrets
for the beautiful things
we can no longer have
because going back is not possibile.
There are secrets
that cannot be told
because arrogance always wins,
memories we don't want to remember
because they would hurt even more
and even
stifled laughters
buried truths
concealed truths
ignored truths.
Silence is noisy
but it is necessary a good heart
to listen to it.
