I bought tomatoes yesterday,
the small and sweet ones.
Today I took a few of them
to wash and eat them.
Two of them
were attached by the head.
I washed them
but I didn't find the courage to eat them.
I couldn't
ruin such a great love.
In my house they will stay like this
as long as nature wants
and when I will look at them
I will think about love,
with my eyes in a daze
and my mind lost in the memories.
