The evening shines
in a sky of rain
kissed by the sun
that betrays the dark
and dazzles my eyes.
Memories stir
in this fog screen
and show images
of a time to come
rummaging in forgotten
and far away tunnels.
Desires never seen
crowd the moments
never-ending cries
prisoners of the heart
reappear again.
Freeing sighs
among silent thunders
I wake up gently

and the evening shines

on a Summer's day.

Splende la sera

Splende la sera
in un cielo di pioggia
baciato dal sole
che il buio tradisce
e i miei occhi abbaglia.
Si rimestano i ricordi
su questo schermo di nebbia
e proiettano immagini
di un tempo a venire
rovistando in cunicoli
dimenticati e lontani.
Desideri mai visti
affollano gli attimi
incessanti lamenti
prigionieri del cuore
riappaiono ancora.
Liberando sospiri
tra silenziosi tuoni
dolcemente mi sveglio

e splende la sera

in un giorno d’estate.
