Under a mantle of stars
I lay myself down
to listen to the silence
which was calling me from above.
I wandered through the sky
looking for the end of it
without being able to imagine it
and only then
I stopped trying to understand.

Sotto un manto di stelle
mi sono disteso
ad ascoltare il silenzio
che dall’alto mi chiamava.
Ho vagato per il cielo
cercandone la fine
senza riuscire a immaginarla
e solo allora
ho rinunciato a capire.
